I’m Still Here…

Just in case anyone was curious, I am still offering equine and canine bodywork services. Life has moved on in ways unpredictable, but I’m still here. Please feel free to contact me for a consultation or bodywork. More information can be found on the About page of the website.

Hope everyone is having a wonderful summer!

Southern States Regional Fair Horse Show & Virginia Presidential Paso Fino Association Horse Show

Hello,’swelter weather’!  Little tip to keep your animals cool, especially dogs: pick up a little wading  pool  for under ten dollars at your local dollar store, fill it with water, let your pups stay cool!  The small pool even fits in the trunk of my compact car, so I can take it with me on the road. Remy, my Australian cattle dog, loves soaking and blowing bubbles and submerging his whole body on really hot days.

We are at the Virginia Horse Center in Lexington again this weekend, I have a beautiful banner up at the farrier station between the first two barns beside the colosseum, so come out and say hello! If you mention this post or the post on Instagram, you’ll get 25% off your first massage! I also give discounts for referrals, so bring your friends!

Dinero & Kelly

“Carmen has a wondrous way with horses. She’s gentle and proficient and even my standoffish gelding will lean in welcoming her touch.” – Kelly Lane

Dinero and Kelly are experienced endurance athletes who will be taking on the 75 mile ride at the Biltmore estate endurance ride in North Carolina this May.  I have had the pleasure of working on this sweet, shy gelding a time or two and he is truly a one of a kind athlete, thanks to the hard work, time, and love Kelly has put into him.

Be on the lookout for these two, a real dream team!
